The Pink State is a blog about young women today. It focuses on politics, current events, and the issues that concern young women.
Our generation, especially the women of our generation, has a monumentally low voter turnout and a low involvement with politics overall. We have a hand in shaping our own future, yet we don't take advantage of that, even though we are in a position where women can finally have just as much influence as men. This blog is meant to inform young women and to get them involved and aware.
